These seminars covered Tanglang Pai-An and Shuai Jiao mostly. Pai-An is training drill or set of applications that train reactions and close range trapping and sticking, the drill later lead to free play..
I talk about training habits that partners should develop as training partners and not to train individually while partnering… I covered ideas and concepts rooted in mechanics and understanding foundations, not stylized techniques… You will see variations on techniques but rooted in ideas or concepts that can build these variations. We had a great time, and I look forward to future seminars with Jake and everyone…
