What are the specifics of the ‘56, and ‘62 geneva conference with regards to the ethics of the bombardment of Laos during the Vietnam War. More specifically the Ho Chi Minh trail. Any information on the details of why bombing a country that "isn’t involved" in the war is unethical would be helpful.

Exactly how can you say they were not involved in the war ?

When you allow your country to be used as a supply and logistics trail for one side of the combatants in a war in a neighboring country.

You are taking part in the war.

By letting the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong, move supplies thru Laos,

Laos, was in effect, declaring war against South Vietnam.

They were aiding the enemy.

They had no expatiation that thier actions would continue unchallanged.

i am 15 and going away to the summer for a conference. I have pale clear skin and i was wondering what type of makeup i should use every day not to look overly done. plese include lips, eyes etc. ps i only have about 5 to 10 minutes in the mornings

really depends on the conference, but over all i would do a slightly pink subtle lipstick, or subtle lip gloss, or even tinted lip balm. concealer where u need it, a little blush or bronzer to warm up your cheeks, and mascara. or if you want, you could use some tinted mosturizer also.♥

the pistons is 2nd best team in the east next to boston . both teams are winning and they both may face each other in the eastern confernce finals this year but who will win?the celtics may have the big 3 of allen, garnett, and pierce, but so do the pistons with wallace, billups and hamilton. plus they know what it takes to win a title. the pistons went to the eastern confernce finals five times in the row since 2003 but who you think will win?

yes, they are the only team in the east that stands a chance against boston. the pistons have the edge in coaching and experience, so they know what to expect, KG is the only one of the trio who has ever been to a conference finals game.
but also, the trio in boston also has the hunger and desire to win. that is the reason they were assembled together, they dont care about stats and money anymore they already have that, what they dont have is a ring. and thats what theyre going for.

my mom has a parent teacher confernce this week and she doesn’t know that i’ve been flunking, should i tell her or let her find out ? Either way im in big trouble. french isn’t easy my mom needs to get me a tutor, i hate math but i have no choice i need to get fairly good grades. In SES(social economics) i got a bad grade because i 4got everything that i had learned two days before the test. The teacher said dat m yfirst exercice was well written but then i flunked the rest. he told me that i could have easely gotten a good grade and dat next time i will do alot better. SES is not so hard, i know i’ll ace the next test but for the others im not so sure. I got a bad grade in geo. and i love sooooooo muchh. I’ll get a better grade nxt time. I failed because the tacher’smethods on how to do a certain assignment is different but know that he explained it in class i think i’ll do better. Math and French are not easy. I really want to know wat u guys tink so please answer. THANK U VERY MUCH.
by the way did i mention dat she would kill me if i get a bad grade and ground be forever. Problems like this don’t exist to her
i have no learning disabilities for those who think i do. When i flunked most of the class did to besides 7 students. I know i’ll do better next time since now i know how the teacher’s tests are. I only told my mom a few of my bad grades and she is getting me a tutor in frecnh and SES
